Based in Pembroke, Virginia, Pembroke Telephone Cooperative is a long-time Calix customer serving over 2,500 customers in southern part of the state.  With well-traveled highways in the area connecting to nearby Virginia Tech University, the Cooperative recently dealt with an unfortunate reality of rural service delivery, damage to a roadside cabinet.
