CMS Email Configuration has been sent succesfull but i still cannot received email alert, why ?

I already set Email Configuration and Email subscrition in CMS and also test sending succesfull, but I still did not received alarm alert.. can you explained and share about this problem ? thank you

Did you set up Email subscriptons for the alarms that you're interested in?

Alarm Types : All
Severities : CriticalMajorMinorWarn
Receive CLEAR Alarm : CheckList
Pause Time (Seconds): 5
Delay Time (Minutes): 2
Days : AllSundayMondayTuesdayWednesdayThursdayFridaySaturday
Start : Hour All Minute None
Stop : Hour All Minute None

 

Note

- CMS already connected with My-Network Group

That seems good -- any chance these are hitting your spam filter?

I only find Test message Log in my mail server..

I just ask, Can I find email log or any log in CMS folder ?
