Improving Operational Efficiency through Automated Service Activation

You have probably noticed that Calix has been talking a lot about saving money through operational efficiency.  While operational efficiency is a broad objective, one way to start saving time and money is to automate the service activation process.  This very simple flash animation helps to illustrate the basic concepts and benefits of subscriber service activation.  While this animation is likely more basic than you might benefit from, perhaps there are others in your organization that can use it?  Maybe for the finance team or the board of directors?
